Health Insurance Executive, Cork City

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Health Insurance Executive for our Cork City Branch.    

We are an Irish owned business with over 200 employees, operating from 16 locations nationwide & now due to continuous growth we are expanding our Health Insurance Department.

As a Health Insurance Executive, you will be advising and assisting clients from our entire network when arranging, altering, or renewing their health insurance policies.   

Role:

  • You will be operating in a fast-paced environment providing advice all aspects of Health & Dental Insurance from inception to renewal.
  • You will be an integral member of a highly motivated and hard-working team.
  • Promptly responding to customer queries & delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to evaluate client requirements and always provide suitable solutions whilst adhering to regulation. 

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • APA (Health Insurance & Associated Insurances).
  • Must be highly organised & have ability to prioritise.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, customer service and retention skills.
  • Have good product knowledge.
  • Be IT proficient.
  • Ambition to grow and learn.

Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator. You can be based in any one of our 16 branches in Cork, Dublin, Kerry, Limerick or Waterford. You will be a key member of the Financial Services team and have responsibility for;

• managing new business applications in Pension, Investments and Life
Assurance & ensuring these are processed in an accurate and timely
manner,
• ensuring effective communication with Financial Services Consultants
• communicating with clients over the phone and email, keeping them
updated on the progress of their applications,
• adhering to Central Bank supporting Financial Services Consultants with
any ad hoc administration duties

The ideal candidate will be QFA qualified with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be client focussed. Having great attention to detail and IT proficiency is essential. We like to attract smart and motivated people who can demonstrate a commitment to our company and customers.
