Receptionist, Tralee

We are seeking a receptionist for the Tralee branch. The role is a critical one as you are often the first point of contact with our valued clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handling a very busy switchboard with up to 300 calls a day.
  • Greeting visitors in a positive and friendly manner.
  • Assisting individuals with queries.
  • Announcing clients as and when necessary.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are booked when requested.
  • Helping colleagues to complete administration tasks.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a receptionist role.
  • Is friendly, outgoing, good natured and welcoming.
  • Displays a helpful and professional attitude at all times.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Previous experience on a busy switchboard is essential as is proficiency in excel, word and outlook.
