Receptionist, Tralee
We are seeking a receptionist for the Tralee branch. The role is a critical one as you are often the first point of contact with our valued clients.
Responsibilities
- Handling a very busy switchboard with up to 300 calls a day.
- Greeting visitors in a positive and friendly manner.
- Assisting individuals with queries.
- Announcing clients as and when necessary.
- Ensuring meeting rooms are booked when requested.
- Helping colleagues to complete administration tasks.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a receptionist role.
- Is friendly, outgoing, good natured and welcoming.
- Displays a helpful and professional attitude at all times.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi–task.
- Previous experience on a busy switchboard is essential as is proficiency in excel, word and outlook.
