Personal Lines Administrator, Cork City

We are seeking to recruit a motivated Personal Lines Administrator to join the team in  our South Mall branch. You will be working with the Personal Lines team dealing with  car home and van insurance. 
Responsibilities 
  • Post processing for insurance applications/policies.
  • Dealing with insurer queries (via mail, email and telephone).
  • Issuing letters, mails and Documents to clients .
  • Preparing files for internal and external audits.
  • Working with an Account handler to ensure accuracy and timely resolving of client queries.
  • Ensure the completion of all client files in compliance with Central Bank of Ireland standards.
  • Maintain a compliance monitoring programme to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide full support to the Sales Team, including preparing various client data reports and maintaining up-to-date client records.

The Ideal Candidate 
  • At least 1 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Have excellent communication & relationship building skills.
  • Have proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively and efficiently.
  • Have good product & market knowledge.
  • Be a good team player who is highly motivated & enthusiastic.
