We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated Personal Lines Executive for our Fermoy branch. This is a fast-paced role dealing with clients over the phone and in person across car, home and van insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and quotations to new and existing personal lines clients.
• Handle all aspects of personal lines policy administration, including new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments and cancellations.
• Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with compliance and regulatory standards.
• Cross-sell and up-sell appropriate insurance products where suitable.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products and regulations.
• Comply with Central Bank requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Has experience in a similar role and holds, or is progressing through, their CIP qualification.
• Is highly organised, diligent and thorough.
• Is a good team player who is highly motivated and enthusiastic.
• Is competent in using databases, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
• Enjoys learning.
• Has customer service experience.
